We work hard to be accurate and we date the things that go stale. Visa categories and their criteria are checked against the Immigration Department, employment and helper obligations against the Labour Department, and typhoon and rainstorm signal rules against the Observatory. Rents are given as bands with the date, because they move. Even so, prices, timetables and opening hours change without notice, and the authoritative source is always the operator or the authority concerned. Check anything a trip depends on against its official source before you rely on it. We are not liable for a decision made solely on the basis of a page here.

Nothing on this site is legal, immigration, medical, insurance or financial advice. Immigration and right-to-work status in Hong Kong depends on your visa class and your circumstances, and nothing here is advice on your own case.

Some links lead to third parties, and some of those earn us a commission. Any purchase is a contract between you and that seller under their terms. Refunds, delivery, service quality and disputes are theirs to resolve, and we have no ability to intervene in them.

The text on this site is ours. You are welcome to quote a short passage with a link; systematic copying, republication or use as training data for a commercial model is not permitted. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles, and any dispute arising from them falls to the courts of Seychelles. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of your own country.
